Booking terms

Demo policy draft. The business must review these terms and its data practices before accepting live bookings.

Requests and confirmation

Send your journey details by WhatsApp, email, Instagram or phone. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. Availability, itinerary and fare are agreed directly with Tropical Breeze Taxis before travel.

Payments and cancellation

Pay the agreed fare after drop-off using the payment method arranged with us. Discuss cancellation conditions before confirming your trip and contact us directly if your plans change. Our target is to arrive 15 minutes before pickup; traffic may affect arrival.

Travel details

Provide accurate passenger, luggage, location, date and contact information. Pickup times use Sri Lanka time. Tell the business about child seats, accessibility needs and special stops before confirmation.

Partners

Drivers and agencies require administrator approval. Approval in this demo is an account workflow and does not represent independent verification of licenses, insurance or safety.
